Transforming Obstetrics Information Systems
Sardou Software embarked on a mission to modernize obstetrics information systems by unlocking data trapped in legacy formats and enabling seamless exchange. The challenge lay in deciphering decades of accumulated data within an undocumented, legacy data model.
Leveraging our medical expertise and proficient MySQL skills, we swiftly devised a transformation interface to extract real-time data in a modern, nationally recognized format, facilitating smooth transition to international standards such as HL7.
Utilizing PHP with Symfony and MySQL, alongside a specialized XML comparison tool developed with TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS), we ensured accuracy and compliance throughout the transformation process.
Despite the complexity and extensive research involved, the project was successfully delivered within a few months, showcasing our commitment to efficient problem-solving and rapid implementation.
